Grrrrr

Post by jd4070 » Fri Dec 03, 2010 3:48 pm

For cryin' out loud. I was doing well but Thanksgiving got me off track. I know I am eating way too much at each meal lately. I know what I need to do to get back on track, but I feel like I've wasted the investment I have put in since I started and it makes me mad  . Grrrrrrr.

It is frustrating when you get off track, but you have successfully established habits, so you know that you can do it again. We all have periods when we do less well, and holidays are difficult.
Be kind, for everybody you meet is fighting a hard battle.

Don't worry about messing up--a few days or even a week's worth of mess-ups won't affect you in the long term or cause significant weight gain. If you know what you need to do, do it! After a few days, you'll be back into the N-day habit and feeling good.
