January Habits

Hi Everybody-
I'm trying to get back on the NoS bandwagon in the new year.
So far I think I'll make a "January behavioral habit" goal of following NoS again, this time instead of doing floating S days, I will try to just have S events and have a goal of 6-9 per week, which I think is the equivalent of what I would do with not quite wild weekend S days if I were having them. I will try to track these each week on my personal thread, and keep a running total for the week and see how it goes.
Any comments, well wishing, or sharing of your personal goals for the first month of the new year are welcome!!
