Re-Introducing Myself

Hi everyone,
It's been a LONG time since I've posted on this board so I thought it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself. My name is Gina. I'm a 40-yr-old wife and mother with a sedentary job, but I LOVE Zumba so I get most of my exercise there. I have a history of binge eating, so I have to stay away from traditional 'diets', as they are a huge trigger for me. I've been doing NO S off and on for the past year or so. I may stray away, but I always come back to this way of eating. I believe that is is the ONLY way that makes sense. How else do people lose weight or stay naturally slim eating such a wide range of foods? Right now, I'm down about 20 pounds & looking to lose 10 to 15 more. Looking forward to reconnecting with everyone.
