A thought occurred to me this morning in the car:How much No S effects other aspects of my life. When there is structure to the eating pattern of the day everything else is much more manageable. If and when the storm hits I'm ready for it! I'm sure most of you will agree.

I know I do! I'm in the eye of a storm right now, and it is such a relief not to have to worry about my diet in addition to everything else!

I totally agree with this, and I've also found that I've applied the skills of No S to the rest of my life. I am much more able to break down a problem into little parts. I finally believe that I don't need draconian, dramatic solutions to problems. Baby steps WORK!
