Do you plan your treats for S-days?

Do you think ahead about what indulgence you will have on your S-days? Or do you avoid thinking about it until the day comes?

I don't always plan.
But I notice that when I DO, my S-days tend to be a LOT saner when I'm looking forward to a specific treat. So I probably SHOULD.

I second what NoelFigart said.
I love baking, so I usually try out new recipes on Saturday evenings, and I SO much look forward to it. If I don't bake something myself, I plan in advance what I'll have on my S-days. One tip here: too much planning can be dangerous. Don't buy your S-days treats too soon, say, on Thursdays or Fridays. First, on actual S-day you might crave something completely different, second - temptations, temptations!

I've only been No S-ing for a few weeks, but I don't really plan my treats, unless there's something specific I've been thinking about during the week.
There's a great French bakery near me that makes incredible fruit-filled pastries (portefeuille & jalousie) that I usually wind up enjoying on Saturdays, but I'm already finding even those aren't quite as satisfying as they once were (let alone regular grocery store-bought junk).
Like Reinhard says, when your treats are limited to S-days, you start to become a lot more selective and tend to pick higher-quality stuff.
