Restart!

Hi, everyone. Pardon my posting, I just wanted to put this up to make it seem more official.
I have been doing No S for a little over two months now. I never actually quit, and I plan to keep it that way, but it has continued to be overwhelmingly hard for me to not have snacks and sweets. So, with the helpful advice of a couple of fellow No Ser's, I have decided to take a few steps back to restart and get into this at a slower, easier pace.
I have never had a big problem with No Seconds, so I will count that as already established. No Sweets is the hardest for me so I will worry about that one last. I will restart with No Snacks... only three meals on every N day from now on. I will take a small (small!) portion of sweets on a small plate to the table at dinner, and eat it immediately after my dinner so it will be like a part of that meal. So if I get a craving for a sweet, I only have to wait until dinner to have it. That shouldn't be too hard. After three weeks of this, I'll start cutting out the sweets. Also, I'm going to start walking (or exercising on my elliptical in inclement weather) for fifteen minutes then doing a few sets of jump rope every weekday.
It's not the official way to do No S, but I think it's what I need to do to get there.

Sounds like an excellent plan. It sounds like you know your strengths and weaknesses and have tailored your plan well.

Best of luck!

Actually, Reinhard has said that phasing in the S's is a perfectly valid way to use the plan.
