I bought some 100% sugar-free lard yesterday. That must be healthy, right?

Yep. Actually, I've read that pure lard (with nothing hydrogenated) is healthier than many of the "healthy" fats we've used to replace it.

Regarding lard

You will have to render your own lard though, because the lard at the supermarket is hydrogenated. But yes, it is one of the "good fats" All those seed oils that we were told to substitute are turning out to be not so good after all. Again, just go back to Great Grandma. (before Crisco, corn oil, margarine, soy bean oil, canola, etc) and what do you have: pasture butter (made into ghee), olive oil and coconut oil (in some parts of the world), and lard. How did we ever live for thousands of years without all of our chemical substitutes??

I've read that Spam has many health benefits, as well.
