I started No S at the beginning of May. The first three weeks I had a fail every Monday. This week is the first week I've not had a fail on a Monday and I've done 9 days in a row (including S days) without a fail
I'm even finding that on weekends I'm not going mad or bingeing. Even though I know I can have what I want, I don't want snacks/sweets. I like going to the supermarket on a Thursday to pick up a nice dessert for the weekend rather than just getting whatever is on offer every time I go shopping.
My clothes are fitting better and I can get my workshirts fastened without 'gaping' bits . The 'gaping' bits were what made me realise I needed to do something about my weight. I'm hoping that in 6 months or so I might be back down to a UK size 12.
This is the only 'diet' I've stuck to for a month (I tried Slimming World before a few times but couldn't get away with it). I tell everyone about it and have become a bit of a No S Diet advocate
