I'm back. I get it and I love it.

I fell away from this but now I'm back. I read up some more on how snacking is not good for the hormones. I now get it and after the 2nd day, I'm having no issues with keeping it up.
I know now that the first 3 hours after a meal, insulin is released and then for the next 2-3 hours, the liver supplies your snack in the form of glycogen. I never got to that stage but I was throwing my insulin up all the time with constant snacking. Even so called healthy snacks like fruit between meals is bad.
I have lots of energy because I'm not always digesting food. I was always saying that I can't do something because "I'm about to eat" or "I just ate". Now I'm cleaning, exercising, walking etc. because I'm free to do things for a longer timespan.
I have more money too because I see all the snack foods I used to buy and don't need now. Every grocery visit included mid-meal snacks. Now I'm shocked at how that meant an extra $15 per visit.
No S isn't etched in stone so it's ok to make it work for you. I don't have S days or special treats. I just add desserts to a meal whenever I think I need to. My meal must never make me feel stuffed.
