Lesson Learned - Feel Like Yuk!

So yesterday I had this bright idea..mmm I love tuna noodle casserole, so why not eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner...well to my surprise I find myself sick today from the overkill of carbs and the fact that it is not such a favorite food of mine as I thought...and my dessert that I waited all week for "snowball cupcakes" another yuk and yuk...
I had an S day gone wild and sicker than a dog today...To tell you the truth, I would have rather had my 3 squares with no snacks in between and then a nice dessert in the evening..
Lesson learned, seemed more of self-punishment to me..I missed my veggies and fruit that day.
Today we are going out to dinner and I'm looking forward to finally be able to look at a menu and get what I would really like instead of what would be calorie wise.
But this is by no way another s day gone wild...
