Crushed!

This may be better suited to the daily log section, but I'd just thought I'd throw out how badly I "no-S'd" it this weekend. In fact, I was full of S. Birthday parties, family brunch, not to mention the closing of the famous Berghoff restaurant in Chicago (issued liquor license no. 1), pizza, homemade cookies... yikes. In any case, I'm back with a vengeance... my wife's on board, etc. So stick with it people! That's the beauty of the no-S lifestyle.... it's much easier to re-start when you need to. Hopefully my fridge magnet will show up today...

Hey Kid, you are certainly not full of "S"!!!
LOL..
Don't sweat a few bad days or even a week.. That kind of messup, over time, is truly negligable... You are back in the saddle and riding again, and that's what counts...
People who aren't going anywhere are the ones who never encounter setbacks.. Think of this as a mere setback on your road to health!
Great news that your wife's with you on this.. That should help you both!
Peace and Love,

Deb

Remember..
Those mugs are, as Reinhard says, "Double Mocha Latte Proof"!!!
LOL...
Enjoy it!
Peace,

Kid,
You can't fail on S days. So don't be crushed. It may not be an inspiring feeling to overeat like that, but it's not technically a violation of the rules. As your weekday habits build, episodes like this will get rare. Less will feel like more, and what used to be routine will feel like a binge.
Thanks for ordering the mug and magnet. Hope they're satisfactory. I can't wait till cafepress starts making plates...

Oooh. I would *definately* buy a NoS plate and a NoS bowl if they came in the right sizes. That would be cool!

Sounds like a great Sunday...
