Hey, wait a minute......last night, I discovered that there are pages and pages of posts with questions and answers and comments about this diet.
A veritable treasure trove of information.

Obviously, I am not what you would call cyber-savvy.

So many people posted questions and worries exactly like mine. I am not alone, and my experience (although it is unique to me) isn't full of newly discovered problems and scenarios. It's comforting to hear a stranger describe my exact obstacles and then how they were able to over come them.

*AND* you get to learn how to use the bulletin board on the internet at the same time!
