Love the idea of choosing a really healthy meal of Salmon and veggies for lunch and then having a burger, fries and a beer with friends for dinner. All of it within the habit of No S. Once the habit is established, you can choose to lose weight quickly with less calorie dense foods. Yet, you are free to eat whatever depending on the situation. Food Freedom!
