Is it my bad Portuguese or is one of the first comments (at least when I looked) that it's absolutely essential to eat every three hours? Dang, it's everywhere!

Yes, that's one of the comments and there's even one saying it's too radical. But those are girls whose blogs we follow and they're always into Dukan and Atkins and stuff like that. Or that darn diet that you have to count "points" for everything you eat. People are really irrational.
