Just thought I would post this. That simple realization really made a difference for me. When we feel the least bit tired we don't generally run to our beds, sometimes we push through. being hungry is a natural feeling it is okay and going without food for an hour or two when hungry and waiting for our next meal is perfectly fine and normal.
so far I have lost almost all of my baby weight. Only five more pounds to reach 130 from 150. I love no s!
