Okay, I won't even call today day1 because i stuffed my face with chocolate mousse cake this morning. I've been slacking on posting, and on the diet. I have been producing excuses that I am sick, even though I am sure that i could have done it even while being sick. The week consisted of snacks and cakes and late dinners. Now that ive been sick all day from stuffing my face with the mousse cake, I have come to terms that I need to get my arse back into it.
One good thing I can say is that I started exercising. My week now consists of:
Monday: Gym: 30 mins cardio, 45 minutes weight training, 1 hour yoga class.
Tuesday: Walk around a 1.67 mile lake twice (hopefully three times this tuesday)
Wednesday: work and class...no go
Thursday: Gym: 30 minutes cardio, 45 minutes weight training (possibly a core strength class)
Friday: walking around the lake again.
Saturday: Hopefully a 1 hour hip-hop class (soon).
Exersice has been going great, especially since its with a friend. Dieting will resume again tomorrow (don't worry, i don't plan on eating like a pig anymore today).
You guys have any more suggestions for exercise?

Hi Jinx,
3 times isn't much in the great scheme of things. Don't feel bad, just jump right back in. If the pseudo statistic I quote on the home page is right, it takes about 12 attempts on average to successfully establish a major new habit like this.
