Reinhard recommends 14 minutes of exercise during weekdays.
This is good but what if I can results as good or better in two minutes per week?
According to UK scientists two 20-second cycle sprints on exercise bikes, three times per week, would be as good as or better than five 30-minute sessions of moderate exercise a week. With warm-up and cool-down, the total time of each session would be only 10 minutes.

Would we violate nos if we substituted 14 minutes with this protocol?
