Hi, I'm returning to no S after getting off track, and found this forum. What attracted me to it was that it is the way I ate when I was a young kid at home (mom would chase you out of the kitchen if you tried to snack between meals) and I was THIN then. Somwhere, like all of you I'm sure, I got carried away with eating every day ALL day, and I'm in my early 50's and 50# overweight.
I jog on the treadmill every morning, walk my dog, do stability ball exercise (haven't rried the shovelglove yet, don't have a sweater I want to ruin ), and do some yoga occasionally. But, I take every opportunity the rest of the day to eat all I can to waste the energy I put into exercise.
I found no S easy before, I can do it again. It's--after all---just how we all USED to eat.

(Sorry Reinhard! You can look funny for all of us!)
I just started doing SG again today for the first time in ages..
It's such a great exercise!
Good luck with your recommitment to NoS!
Peace and Love,
Deb
