Hello again...

Post by TunaFishKid » Mon Sep 24, 2012 10:56 pm

Hi, everyone. I haven't been around in quite a while. I have been off dieting. :? I think I've finally had enough.

I don't know if I have very much to add to the conversation right now, but I've been lurking and thought it would be a good idea to say hi.

So, "hi." :)

I personally love getting the dieters back. Come home to Mama! Commit to moderation in food and consistent movement and leave the quest for a celebrity body behind. If you must diet, diet on media images and anything that tells you that you should be thinner, at least for now. Get your No S mojo back. Worry about the rest later.

LOL, oolala!

You're right about the media diet. I also need a diet diet. As soon as I start reading about or thinking about dieting, I'm in danger of backsliding. It's like an addiction.

Welcome Tuna!
I haven't been that long here myself but find the atmosphere friendly and supportive; a smart group here, I must say...

Wishing you much success with NoS and normal eating.

Monster strength can be set to 1-10, plus default strength 0. Therefore, the 1.05 version of the monster 11 levels of difficulty. Relative to the 1.04 version,3-4 monster strength approximately equal before the normal difficulty. Cheap Diablo 3 gold is hot. So in fact, can choose at 1.05 strengthening or weakening the monster (comparedto the 1.04 version) game.Monster strength system which will bring new ways. Diablo 3 power leveling will be harder.

It's good to see you again.
For the future ... remember, ...
adding other "diet" principles to the No S Diet is an allowable modification,
and doesn't make it necessary to leave.

Welcome back! Stick to it and give it your all. Reruns are sometimes all it takes!
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me
