I'll start to write here my hard-earned ( and re-learned) lessons. I want to be able to come here when I start forgetting. Or maybe some kind person will remind me.
1. I need cardio exercise 5 times a week for my emotional stability
How it affects my weight loss and my fitness level is secondary.
2. I have more energy and less cravings without caffeine.
I know this because I quit coffee and caffeinated teas 5 months ago.
3. I feel much, much better when I don't it sweets.
My emotions are stable, my self-esteem is high, I have enthusiasm for life. Why trade that for a few minutes of enjoyment, and then feel terrible afterwards?
What I Know for Sure
