Mental Focus

Ok so I have probably tried No S a dozen times and failed each time before the 21 days. Does anyone have any tips to keep the mental focus? I know how much better I feel on No S, I know how much easier it is than counting calories and how sustainable and smart it is, but for some reason when I'm the slightest bit hungry, the slightest bit stressed, or the slightest bit bored, I just go crazy. I also tend to be a closet eater. This results in guilty feelings and making a new "resolve" to START tomorrow, but I never last more than a few days without failing miserably. I know I can't lose enough weight when I keep doing this. In fact, I think I may even be gaining weight from all of these episodes
If anyone has any advice on how to keep my mind focused before going crazy I'd really appreciate it!
