Hi, all!
It's been a while since I've posted, the reason being that I've become very caught up in school and work. Anyway, as far as No S goes, I've had decent days and then some slip-ups. The biggest problem for me is creating an eating schedule that I can use with school and work. Work has been difficult to deal with, since I work long hours (7-9). What I've decided to do is this: eat a solid, healthy breakfast in the morning (around
followed by a semi-light lunch between 11:30 and 1 (depending on class). Then before work (which can be anywhere between 3 and 5), I'll eat a solid dinner to tide me over during my shift. Then when I get off (and usually it's pretty late then), if I feel the need I can drink some milk/almond milk or kefir.
I would love some feedback. Do you think this is a good plan, or are there ways I can make it better? Am I breaking any No S rules?
