Excited About Taking My Committment To The Next Level!

Hi, all!

It's been a while since I've posted, the reason being that I've become very caught up in school and work. Anyway, as far as No S goes, I've had decent days and then some slip-ups. The biggest problem for me is creating an eating schedule that I can use with school and work. Work has been difficult to deal with, since I work long hours (7-9). What I've decided to do is this: eat a solid, healthy breakfast in the morning (around 8) followed by a semi-light lunch between 11:30 and 1 (depending on class). Then before work (which can be anywhere between 3 and 5), I'll eat a solid dinner to tide me over during my shift. Then when I get off (and usually it's pretty late then), if I feel the need I can drink some milk/almond milk or kefir.

I would love some feedback. Do you think this is a good plan, or are there ways I can make it better? Am I breaking any No S rules?

That sounds very reasonable. Be sure you eat a very good dinner with enough fat to last you. I don't tend to get legitimately hungry at night even when I eat an early dinner, but when I was younger, I did. The beverages sound smart, too. You can always adjust later.
