Hey everyone!
Wow, there are so many of you here, still Nossing' and still losing! That's awesome!

It was great to login and see so many who have stuck with NoS and lost weight. You have a real community here that is unlike any I've seen on other diet forums. And yes, I've been to quite a few! LOL

Anyway, I'm coming home again to No S; nothing else makes as much sense.

Really.

See you all on the boards again!

Great to see you again here, Allan.

Your shovelglove scenarios have been inspiring people even while you've been away, but it's great to have their originator back.

Just the Home Opener. Would love to go tonight and watch Patterson and Smoltz, but I couldn't get it together in time. But most of this series is on TV. I probably will wait until they play Baltimore on May 19th...

Next year, maybe a 20 game season ticket package.

Lost 8 pounds in Three Weeks

At the end of March, after gaining 10 pounds on the 'business trip from hell', I decided I needed to shed all the weight, and then some - for good.

I have tried many different diets, none that works, because they were all too hard to follow.

I was seaching the internet in desparation, when I came across this site.

I was skeptical, but it seemed simple to follow, so I thought I would try it.

I am now in my third week, have dropped 8 pounds, and I feel GREAT. More importantly, THIS IS THE LAST DIET I WILL EVER NEED.

Because it is not a diet. It is simply a change in Lifestyle.

I agree with many other people who said that this hard to do in our sweet laden, snack driven culture. But once you get the 'no soda, no sweets, no snacks, no seconds, mantra in you head, it is easy to follow, and the hunger pains WILL go away after the first three or four days.

No everyone will lose as much as I did - but I also added an additional element - moderate exercise for about an hour a day. But I am motivated to get down to a reasonable weight soon, thats why I added it.

I would caution everyone that a good vitamin supplement will ensure that you are not missing out on any esssential nutrients.

Oh, did I mention that I'm 52 years old?

THANKS FOR THE BEST NON-DIET DIET THAT I HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE.

Hi everyone!!!

Just a quick update.

I am now 13.5 pounds lighter. And the real interesting thing is that I have lost most of my hunger pangs.

No sodas, no sweets, no snacks, no seconds - it works well.

OK so I cheat a little here and there with the snacks, but I try and each healthy when I do - Grapefruit, small cheese blocks, cottage cheese, sliced bell peppers, etc.

It still works !!!!!!

On to 20 pounds down !!!!!
