Drinking chocolate or hot chocolate

If not adding sugar, made with milk is it ok for S days to stop binges if the urge is there, not every day!

Remember, it's not "no sugar," it's "no sweets." I think most people here consider a "sweet" anything that would be a treat or a dessert. Some people consider chocolate milk or hot chocolate a treat, only for S days.

I'd try water, coffee or tea before I'd try chocolate milk or hot chocolate. According to the rules, you could even have milk or juice.

I will have one tomorrow. I live in Birmingham UK everyone has grown up near to the Cadburys factory, everyone, for generations drinks cocoa or Cadburys drinking chocolate before bed! I am gagging for my Sday tomorrow!

I drink a small cup of hot chocolate when I'm hit by hunger pangs (which are much less frequent now). I highly recommend it! It has really helped me to stick to my goal of not snacking on N days.

You can have anything on an S day. You don't have to limit yourself to hot chocolate.

I have mocha between meals three years in to No S.
