I did that for a while... great visual! I also get a little reward out of coloring my habitcal green! I also have a little pocket calendar that I put tiny stickers on for successful days. I somehow get a great reward doing that. I'm like a little preschooler. Whatever works!
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

When I first came to No S in October of 2008, I think, a woman had been doing that for about a year. She felt normal and left. I've taken pictures in phases. Go for it!
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
Age 69
BMI Jan/10-30.8
1/12-26.8 3/13-24.9 +/- 8-lb. 3 yrs
9/17 22.8 (flux) 3/18 22.2
2 yrs flux 6/20 22
1/21-23

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)

I've thought about doing that too, but my idea was to record just one typical week in photagraphs.
Every meal for a whole year would be a big commitment!
I was thinking of putting the pictures on Flickr if I do ever get around to it. Does anyone still use Flickr now that we have Pinterest?

The former poster who blogged about No S was Blue Skighs. You can see her blog here: http://www.nosdiet.blogspot.com/

Aprilsparrow, have you started taking photos yet? I decided to go ahead with photographing my food for a week. I've had lots of questions from my family about it and tonight, I'm eating at a friend's house so not sure about the etiquette there. It has prevented some unnecessary nibbling today, as I don't want to get the camera out for just a bit of this or that. It's only worth taking a picture if the food is nicely plated. And if it isn't worth taking a picture then I guess it isn't worth eating.
Photographing everything you eat could almost work as a diet in it's own right! Harder work than vanilla No S though.
