Hi
My name is Rebecca. I have tried the NO S diet on and off since February with no success. I really know in my heart that this program works and I want it to work.
In exactly 40 day's my family and I are going to Virginia to see my sister and her family for vacation. I have not spent more than a day with her since I was twelve year old. Something about seeing my sister is motivating me to really put my heart into the No S Diet. So I'm going to give No S my best try the next 40 days. I am also including the 14 min. of exercise on No S day's. I thought I would keep you updated on my progress.

Forgot to ask. What does "with no success" mean? You followed the plan and didn't have a change in appetite or weight? Or you couldn't implement it?
I assume you've read the description on this site. If you haven't read the book, it's definitely worth buying, but a trip to borrow it from the library is okay, too.

Having several weeks of strict No S under your belt is likely going to make your visit go much better. If all goes well, you'll be a lot more relaxed around food. It is worth the effort!
