Restarted again Jan 6th and am now down 38 pounds from my highest. Did a modified No S combined with no flour/no sugar. I have since gone gluten free.
Feeling so good and not looking to stop anytime soon!

Not really. You do have to detox a bit! Day one was a killer as my dh baked the kids bread that evening, day three was bad and day ten. Things got better after that. You would be amazed at all you can still enjoy without the flour and sugar. I just save that for treats on my S days!

Awesome job

I have Dr. Gott's book on my Kindle. It's really very good.

Just flour. I do try to limit my rice intake to 1/2 cup per meal and to limit other starches to once or twice a week.

I had it sitting on my shelf for years. Thankfully things finally clicked for me!
