Hello everybody, I just wanted some advise on what can be consumed on these days? We like to have nachos and a treat like chips wile watching a movie,is this ok?

Use your s days
I recommend you keep both S days, at least for the first full month. You can always reevaluate later......the idea is to establish eating routines (including enjoying S days) that you can maintain forever, not just until you lose a certain number of pounds.

I would recommend keeping both S days. Limiting S days is putting on more restrictions which is like a "diet."
