You can eat anything you like on S days. That's the beauty of them. What you eat is entirely up to you and it's meant to be a break from the stricter rules of N days so you don't feel deprived.

So nachos and chips is fine!

Use your s days

I recommend you keep both S days, at least for the first full month. You can always reevaluate later......the idea is to establish eating routines (including enjoying S days) that you can maintain forever, not just until you lose a certain number of pounds.
Month/Year-BMI
8/13-26.3
8/14-24.5
5/15-26.2
1/16-26.9; 9/16-25.6
8/17-25.8; 11/17-26.9
3/18-25.6; 8/18-24.5; 10/18-23.8;
3/19-22.1; 10/19-21.8
6/20-22.5; 7/20-23.0; 9/20-23.6
4/21 - 25.2

I would recommend keeping both S days. Limiting S days is putting on more restrictions which is like a "diet." Having two S days doesn't mean you have to go wild.

Have what you like. Over time you'll figure out what is worth it.
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
