Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I've decided to chronicle some of my No-S, Rangering, and Shugging-related thoughts and experiences via a blog (being sure to reference Reinhard's source materials throughout). My chief aim is to hopefully help a few more people discover these excellent and enjoyable methods of enhancing physical wellness.
Please feel free to check it out and share it with your friends... comments, questions, and/or constructive criticism would be welcomed and appreciated!

Great! Interesting to read your weight recommendations - I'm a 60yr old woman - and I had a go at the moves with my dumbell today - I reckon your 6lb is about right - I'm currently working with 4lbs, but will work up to the 6lbs gradually.
I love your Hellboy shovelglove
I love Everyday Systems :3
