Here's how week 2 is going so far!

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Wow, I'm amazed at how my body has started to slow down while exercising this week!!!! I seem to be holding up pretty well still, but I find that I am JUST at the cut off point for doing my moves by the time the buzzer goes off. Thankfully I don't ache all that much after exercising--about the only thing that happens is that for about 15 minutes the tops of my thighs feel stretched and that's about it. I can now move my arms around without any aching! Yay! :)

Glad to hear you're sticking with it and it's working well for you. You wouldn't think it, but it does actually work the legs a bit.
