Here's how week 2 is going so far!

Wow, I'm amazed at how my body has started to slow down while exercising this week!!!! I seem to be holding up pretty well still, but I find that I am JUST at the cut off point for doing my moves by the time the buzzer goes off. Thankfully I don't ache all that much after exercising--about the only thing that happens is that for about 15 minutes the tops of my thighs feel stretched and that's about it. I can now move my arms around without any aching! Yay!
