My Routine

Hi All,
I wanted to share the routines my wife and I do.
I meet my dad every morning at 6AM for breakfast, and then do my 14 minute workout with a 6 LB sledge.
Then I meet my wife and we work out together with each of us using just a sledge handle.
We start with 3 reps to warm up, second time around 5 reps, and a third time 10 reps.
With whatever time we have left over we do two reps each as fast as we can.
Shovel
Chop Wood
Churn Butter
Smash the Ceiling
Side Lift
Flip Lever
Front Lift-like a Flip Lever, but with a stiff arm
Bend Over Pick up - two versions of this. The first, I am bent over with my feet apart slightly more than shoulder width, and use just my arm to bring the sledge up to the center of my chest with the with elbow extended to the side. The second is bend over, slowly and purposefuly straighten up - with slightly bent knees - kinda works/stretches my back muscles. (probably won't work with the heavy sledges you all use.)
Back Scratch
What is so great is the warm feeling in my upper body and wrists from the movements - it's addicting!!!
I have been looking at dumbell exercises that I can use with the sledge.
At this point all I am interested in is figuring out how to use the most/different muscles thru the 14 minutes. Later, I will work on strength training.
What is so cool is that warm feeling!!! Here it is 430 PM and I still feel warm from exercising this morning, amazing!!!
