I completely forgot about that ad...way cool. Is a "one minute hate" going to become part of the SG workout? You could even set new rules for SG, like going over 14 minutes is doubleplusungood...

That's brilliant! There's even something logical (not that that's necessary in doublespeak) about excess virtue being doubleplusungood.
