sledgehammer move on Youtube

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

This guy has a unique move. Referring to the first one on the clip. What would you call it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYcGVujS ... re=related

Front circles? That's merely descriptive, not particularly evocative...

... "wax on, wax off?"

Thanks for shaing, I'll have to try that one tomorrow...

It's similar to Pull the Lever in that it works the biceps, but is more dynamic, which adds core muscles to control the momentum, and balance. Plus it looks cool like a kata or a rifle drill. Can you say flag corps? Check the little flair at the end.

(We can call it S, H, O-V-E.....L,G,L-O-V....EEEE!!)

Tried it this morning - it was fairly fun, actually.
