It's similar to Pull the Lever in that it works the biceps, but is more dynamic, which adds core muscles to control the momentum, and balance. Plus it looks cool like a kata or a rifle drill. Can you say flag corps? Check the little flair at the end.

(We can call it S, H, O-V-E.....L,G,L-O-V....EEEE!!)

Maybe "windshield wipers", that came to me this morning...
