Why did I stop?!?!?!

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Lunacy.....I guess.....
I stopped shovelgloving for a few months.... went back to strict bodyweight and some yoga....and then the snow hit and last weekend spent Sat and Sun. (yes, I know 'S' days...but this was real world shoveling and chopping) two days..having to chop away 2-3" of ice on my whole driveway. We have a very large driveway. Felt great, so Monday...went for the 16lb'r and got back to work. A little winded on the 1st day but have now made it 5 staight days. Why oh why did I stop! I go a little over, about 17-20 min a workout. Came up with a couple of new movements, too. Whew!.....glad to get my confession off my chest and glad to be back!
