i'm old new,lol i'm finally giving up on diets and am ready to do this one for real this time.

Sorry for the delayed response -- I think you meant to post this in the no-s forum. There's significant overlap, of course, but the cognitive dissonance of being in shovelglove mode made me fail to process this in a timely manner.
