Crazy Sledge Workout

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Nice action !! SHOVELGLOVIN' !! This seemed a lil' bit out of control though. ;-)

Side note, I wasn't sure how much my homemade SHOVELGLOVE weighed so this morning I weighed myself with and without holding the SHOVELGLOVE to see the difference. It weighs : 14.2 pounds.

I have lost the weight of nearly 4 similar homemade SHOVELGLOVES since I started training in nov. ;-)
