Nice action !! SHOVELGLOVIN' !! This seemed a lil' bit out of control though. 
Side note, I wasn't sure how much my homemade SHOVELGLOVE weighed so this morning I weighed myself with and without holding the SHOVELGLOVE to see the difference. It weighs : 14.2 pounds.
I have lost the weight of nearly 4 similar homemade SHOVELGLOVES since I started training in nov.
