Newbie humbled by shovelglove.

Hello everybody.
I generally don't post on message boards, just study and learn from them; however, after trying the shovelglove yesterday, I was so impressed that I had to comment, so here it goes:
I am a 35 yr old man, (not originally from America, so please exuse any problems with my english
) who is currently serving in US Army. Exercising and staying in shape is part of my job, but even more, I'm kind of a fitness fanatic, so I exercise on my own 6 days per week.
I am pretty good with bodyweight exercises: pullups, squats, pushups of differnt kinds. Also, in a last couple of years I use a 53lb kettlebell as part of my workouts. That being said, I had my doubts as to weather the shovelglove would be a challenge...
Not anymore
Doubts are gone!!! It was one of the most challenging
workouts I've done. I had to stop after only 10 minutes of doing the exercises with a 12 pounder.. it kicked my butt!
I didn't realize how effective and how much fun shovelglove really is. .
Thank you for all the stuff that I learned reading differnt posts and messages on this forum.
