Pectorals

I can't tell that my pecs are being worked much. Which of these exercises does that job?

I use the sledge as the weight in a one-armed dumbell pec fly.
I do it with the head of the hammer down. Keep that other hand available to grab the end of the shaft as it goes horizontal over the body. 50 of these on each side will get your attention! As usual with any over-the-body sledge exercise, be careful.

Fireman chops

Do fireman chops, and concentrate on moving your arm with your pec. These badboys will hit your delts hard, too.
Or do what I do: massive numbers of pushups. :0)
