Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

First, thanks Reinhard for this awesome system. Is there a name for this motion? - hold the SG close to the head, head closer to your pinky. This should put the handle of the SG down your side, like a sword in a sheath. I remove the sword from the sheath x20 reps each side, burns in the shoulders nicely.

Sounds good for the triceps, too! (Trying to lose those "bye bye arms"...)
