Where simplicity meets fun.

Image

This is my minimalistic equipment.

- Cheap
- $0 membership.
- Can get it in pajamas
- Open 24/7
- Fun and varied, with the added benefits of bodyweight exercises
- In constant evolution (adding more minimalist tools over the time)

Everything from above, in a FUN package of 14 minutes with lots of sweat and sustainability.

----

Tools of choice:
- 16 pounder shov. (bought at a local hardware store)
- 24 lbs kbell (bought from my brother's gym)
- 40 lbs kbell (a birthday gift from my brother)
- A free, huge road and streets around my house for walking.

As I said, I'll keep updating with pics as I incorporate more simple tools.

Btw, 5 years ago I posted here that SG was the exercise I've stuck for the longest time. It's nice to know that almost 7 years have passed since my first SG workout (it was a 8 pounder then) and I still swing it. Long life to the hammer!

Nice. :D

Keep up the good work!

Nice! Of all non-shovelglove gear, I think I find kettlebells the most appealing (although I've never actually used them, except to heft a little in the store).
