I"m still very sporadic with Shovelglove (or my version of vigor) and Urban Ranger, but I give both some credit for the fact that the day before my 63rd birthday, I was able to put in nearly 14 miles on trails, some of them rather steep, in Sequoia National Park last Sunday. It's likely having lost 40 lbs. on No S helped, though I was a decent walker back when I was in the low obese range, too.
It sure is easier when the scenery is beautiful and new.
