Bought a pedometer!!

Hi everyone, I just bought a pedometer and am really enjoying it. My goal is to walk at least 10,000 steps a day because I read that's a good target for health and weight loss.

I've been using it for about a week and have hit it pretty much everyday. I definitely have to get in a 20-30 minute continuous walk to reach this goal but on top of that I just work in more steps in my normal daily routine. Seeing the numbers of steps is really fun and motivating.

Just thought I'd share!!

Very 8) ! I'm another daily pedometer-wearer and it definitely keeps me motivated. :D
