Interesting video feature about "Walking Wally", a gentleman from Hull who walked off 150 lbs. Under 3 minutes long.

That's great!

EDIT: Something I noticed. Wally wasn't power walking, in fact, he wasn't walking very quickly at all. Just one foot in front of the other. I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
