hello everyone. This is my first post here. I have read the posts on this forum and the shovelglove forum for a couple of years now. Anyways, here is my first post. This past week I have averaged one hour of walking a day. I have wanted to go longer but believe it or not my old dog likes to call it quits at the one hour mark. thats ok, then I come back and do push-ups.
I truely enjoy the benifits of walking daily. i always feel better afterwards as opposed to how i feel after a run. Plus, I can always do regardless of how little sleep I have had the night before.
