				Hello, everyone!
I don't Shovelglove or follow the No-S-diet. I do walk a lot, but I would hardly consider myself doing Urban Ranger, either. I eat well (and often), my weight and muscle to fat ratio is good and getting better, I have a sensible, flexible, effective and (most importantly) enjoyable workout-program.. So why am I here?
Because there's something very sane about Everyday Systems that keeps me checking in a couple times a week. After browsing "hardcore" bodybuilding sites, with their way-out-there nutritional advice (can you say "tuna-shake"? ) and "badass" approach to training, it's nice to get a dose of common sense.
) and "badass" approach to training, it's nice to get a dose of common sense.
So thanks, Reinhard - keep up the good work!
