I'm also using it to stop being hateful to my mother-in-law and accumulate gooder karma. Every day I don't think hateful thoughts about her or say nasty b**** stuff to her under my breath is a green day.

I love it!
A very concrete example of Aristotle's idea that virtue itself is a habit.
People are using the habitcal to track a pretty astonising range of phenomena... much more than I'd initially anticipated. I'm thrilled!
